Our group is interested in Genetic Interactions, including evolutionary and functional aspects. Our approach is an integrative one, so we are working with several models to understand the evolution of genetic interactions, including the nuclear-mitochondrial, the host-pathogen-symbiotic, and the plant-human interactions. As for the functional aspect, we are interested in developing an animal model (nematode) to address functional questions of some of these interactions.
